At TheTriWorld, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
