We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For wetsuits, please ensure they are tried on indoors and remain free of any nail marks or scuffs to qualify for a full refund.

How do I choose the correct size for my triathlon suit?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since tri-gear is designed for a compression fit, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.

Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?

All bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We highly recommend taking your bike to a certified local mechanic for final tuning and safety checks; keep your assembly receipt to maintain your frame warranty.
